Summary: Bud
is taking a nap, and does not notice the bees or butterflies on him. When he
wakes up, he jumps and does not feel sleepy anymore.
This book is
great to illustrate life and what could happen in the child’s eye. As I was
taking a book walk, I noticed at the end of the book that the purpose was long
vowel combination, vowel combination, and a blend of words. In addition to the
meaning of the story it allows the child to develop a mastery if verbal skills.
