Where’s the Bear by Charlotte Pomerantz
and illustrated by Bryon Barton is a simple book that has an extreme focus on
the pictures. In this board book there are few words on each page. The words
are focused around the finding of a bear. The town is very concerned at where
the bear is in the woods. With this concern they go into the woods to find the
bear. Once they find the bear they run back into their homes. This book is very
simple, as it was mentioned earlier that there are not a lot of words per page.
However, the images are very colorful and bright. I would imagine that young
children would love the vivid imagery.

Good point that young children are really drawn to vivid imagery and colorful illustrations. Try to include images of the book covers you are reviewing in your blog to help make your posts pop visually for your readers.
